Terms and Conditions

LEVEL 1, 2, 3, 4 Sponsorship
  1. Fundraiser must complete “THE RED COLLECTION” profile with clear and accurate information.
  2. Sponsor's Representative must notify T.R.C. with letter of content 30 days before unscheduled cancelation.
  3. Sponsor must answer to T.R.C. when any ethical violations are raised.
  4. T.R.C. Reserve the right to cancel or suspend in definitely Sponsorship at any time, if any question of breach of contract, or ethical impropriety.
  5. All Communications (phone, fax, email, text, quotes, invoice, order, memo, letter, approval or notice) between Fundraiser and Goods and Services are to be brokered by assigned Agent or T.R.C
  6. Final decision on Sponsor status on website page and website will be decided by T.R.C.
  7. Sponsor is required to generate duplicate invoices to Fundraiser and T.R.C.
  8. T.R.C. will have approval and final decision on contracts with Fundraiser.
  9. Sponsor will not enter contract with contracted fundraisers, agents, organizations, groups, person or persons that are active or inactive with T.R.C.
  10. Sponsor will not train, counsel, consult, start, merge, organize, and work for, employ, or any organizations, groups, person or persons, with knowledge of concepts, formats or procedures in a business or volunteer basics.
  11. T.R.C. will not be held responsible for any damages, injury, and liability for Sponsor's actions or performance. Sponsor are totally responsible for their product and services.
  12. Sponsor must have and submit updated documents of inspections, regulations, licensing, bonding, and certificates of business.
  13. T.R.C. Agents are is responsible for scheduling, booking, and event planning with Sponsors.
  14. T.R.C. will negotiate all sponsored events, sponsored products, reseller events and reseller products pricing.

    S1b$600.00 to $6,000.00 +Marketing on printed advertisement for all fundraiser account(s)
    S1b – Charitable Contributions start at $600.00 per fundraiser up to $6,000.00 total per fundraiser(s) of your choice. Contributions in exchange for Sponsorship rewards of marketing and advertisement printed on flyers, posters, banners and email marketing for all active T.R.C. fundraisers scheduled event(s).
    S1c$900.00 to $9,000.00 +Marketing on printed advertisement for all fundraiser account(s) and Social Media Platforms
    S1c – Charitable Contributions start at $900.00 per fundraiser up to $9,000.00 total per fundraiser(s) of your choice. Contributions in exchange for Sponsorship rewards of marketing and advertisement printed on flyers, posters, banners and email marketing and social media for all active T.R.C. fundraisers scheduled event(s).

    S2c$900.00 to $9,000.00 +Marketing on printed advertisement for all fundraiser account(s) and Social Media Platforms
    S2c – Goods and Services Contributions start at $900.00 per fundraiser up to $9,000.00 total per fundraiser(s) of your choice. Contributions in exchange for Sponsorship rewards of marketing and advertisement printed on flyers, posters, banners and email marketing and social media for all active T.R.C. fundraisers scheduled event(s).

    S3b – Marketing Fundraiser Contributions start at $600.00 per fundraiser up to $6,000.00 total per fundraiser(s) of your choice. Contributions in exchange for Sponsorship rewards of marketing and advertisement printed on flyers, posters, banners and email marketing for all active T.R.C. fundraisers scheduled event(s).
    S3c$900.00 to $9,000.00 +Marketing on printed advertisement for all fundraiser account(s) and Social Media Platforms
    S3c – Marketing Fundraiser Contributions start at $900.00 per fundraiser up to $9,000.00 total per fundraiser(s) of your choice. Contributions in exchange for Sponsorship rewards of marketing and advertisement printed on flyers, posters, banners and email marketing and social media for all active T.R.C. fundraisers scheduled event(s).
  15. Sponsor must give Agent, Fundraiser, or T.R.C. consideration of a match-up of event available dates and scheduling.
  16. If Sponsorship Contributions total exceeded expectation, sponsorship will be grand fathered to the following calendar year to the organization of T.R.C.'s chosen.
  17. If Sponsorship Contributions total are not for filled by the end of the calendar year; Sponsor will be bill for the minimum difference of the Advertisement Space given at the end of the calendar year, and the advertisement will be given to the organization of T.R.C.'s chosen.
